Mr. Raynor has coordinated the development and construction of large apartment and condominium projects in 14 states in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and Hawaii. These properties include:
- Midrise masonry apartments
- Large scale wood-frame apartments and condominiums
- Military housing
- Elderly housing and care centers
- Government funded housing projects
As President of WLR Services, Mr. Raynor’s experience as both a developer and contractor makes him an ideal choice as an owner’s representative on either new or ongoing projects.
He balances his construction management services with litigation support, assisting both owners and contractors in legal disputes. His many years of employment with both contractors and developers enable him to provide expert input to either side of a dispute.
